1.  Follow  one standard text book(Let Us C),Try to understand thoroughly and Complete it.
2. Make a easy notes on what u have understand of each topic.
3. Don't try to jump directly to advanced programs.

5. Try some basic codes(reverse a number,printing pattern,repeated number ,etc).
6. Once you clear your basic C concepts ,it will be much easier to learn other programming languages like java,python,c++ etc.
